Alas, I've Forgotten...

I found it's hard to believe when people simply say they forgot the important dates. Birthdays, for examples. Imagine not even remembering their own birthday. How would they ever remember others? It was something personal. Like the back of our own hands. Until recently;


I forgot mine. The moment i realized it, i was a two digits late - and the joke was on me.

Now, the deal with movies on tv which shows how parents could forget about their kids birthday, or even couples who can't remember the dates for their anniversary. I could not deny or ignore the possibilities much longer. It does happen! 0_0 (& Tangerine just realized it, while other had known about it all along!)


The same excuses for being so absend minded: busy


Is work to blame of every time we fail to fullfill our social responsabilities?


To many workloads? To little time? Low pay at the end of the months making us struggle more for the extra income until we even has forgotten the date that marked our existance in this world?


People worked long hours for money. Travel far and wide for a better pay. Left families. Taking overtimes. Cancelled their vacation when their boss rang insisting they should be in office right now.

I am not critisizing people who chased after  MONEY , i am making a statement that i am now becoming one of those people ^^...
