In response to the growing threat from the fast growing military power from the paciffic under their demented missguided and ditzy leader Tangerine 85, and the strong capitalism and Darth Vaderish Mistress Overlord Of California, The People's Republic Of Icheon had declared that it is essential for the country too, rise up their military strengh at par with the new arms race.
The Idea, suggested by the nation Prime Minister herself had bring an outmost delight to the people in the country, as the region had felt left behind from the never ending rat race between the other political world power. "Its time to show them what we got.." says the Icheon's Prime Minister.
To solify the strength of the army, The Republican Armed Forces combined their Military fraction from all over the region, turning them into a strategical and organised unit. Fully operational for the next Signature Battle. The Army is now busy recruiting conscripts and military exercisse. The biggest ever seen in the world after D Day.

The People's Republic is welcoming two of the most potential and young military strategist to strenghtened the army. After several meetings outside of Icheon, the efforts finaly bears fruit.

A warm welcomin party had been held in their honour as crowds and supporters flocked the Icheon's airport to greet them home. Indeed, Icheon's military strengh will be greatly improved thus reducing the Pacific powers over-superiority in numbers.

To reinforce Ishtar's army further, The Icheon Republic agrees to accept an Eastern empires trainee to serve under her army. Ishtar decision to accept Winterberry to serve under Icheon's flag is also seen as a token of gratitude and goodwill honoring The Eastern Empires willingness to accept Elmo and Skoolkidz apprentiship as well as strengthening the diplomatic bonds between the two nations.

At the height of the AIC Signature Battle, The Western Kingdom is rapidly progressing and gaining more lands. The Eastern Empires and the Icheon Republic sees The Western Kingdom an enemy above any others. There were no other way, The Eastern Empires and The Icheon Republic need to join forces and defeat The Western Kingdom in one swift strike.
