Carved on the stars?

The title above is an oren self direct translation of the sentence "Terukir di Bintang" ^^ does it portrays the same meaning? I hope so...

Last sunday, oren joins the other 6 million Malaysian viewers, watching the much anticipated Anugerah Juara Lagu 27: one of the biggest and prestigious music entertainment competition show in the country. Another viewer that contributed to the census would be Nihja ^^ but she is more into fan brawling instead of being an (ahem...) music analyst.


I'm covering all aspects of the show so i am writing things down in points:


I find that the "special effects" for the three opening performance including the host introduction is quacky - looks like some 1990 video game of the same quality. There is no need to rely solely on edgy computer graphic effects of that decree. The normal props fare much much better (as we all witnessed during the artistes performances)

I find that 11 songs are "fighting for it". The artist sang their hearts out presenting eye candy props leaving us in awe and fully entertained.

...except for Sheila Amzah, she must think that this is another reality show because she bores me with her mushy poetry and irritating phone rings sound. She has no props; she is not even trying!

Nihja comments that her head is full of grass right now...a future competition that will rake more overseas popularity is coming and she is paving her way towards winning it and become of of Asia's best, she's a long term strategist in the entertainment business-or is it her dad?

How it disturb me for having seen Aizat singing like he's drunk on a 10,000 cups of Latte and actually won this year AJL 27. The head jury Azmeer stated that the song ("Terukir Di Bintang") is a winner in the jury hearts long even before the grand finale even started...hmmm...even if Aizat does a rap and decided to do a Gangnam on the stage that evening, the song "Terukir Di Bintang" will still won.

Truly...carved / written on the stars ^^V
